Led by Dr. Donovan, a seasoned health coach with 30 years of expertise in the mind-body connection, you’ll receive expert guidance in streamlining your mental and physical space. Complementing her approach is Meagan Cote, a professional organizer who brings hands-on experience to help you create functional, peaceful spaces for living and working.

Each week, you’ll engage in interactive sessions and connect with a supportive online community of like-minded individuals committed to decluttering. Experience real-time support and actionable strategies to cultivate a more organized and serene life

Massage

During this massage Dano uses neuromuscualar re-education, myofacial and active release, as the specialized methodology for alleviating discomfort in dysfunctional muscles, relieving stress on joints, , and improving overall structural alignment. This work directly compliments chiropractic care.
